I came across Arrow sort of by accident. I was looking for a boat on Facebook market place. I contacted the owner of a boat and was directed to Brad because the boat was in consignment The boat on Facebook didnt work out but brad kept plugging away trying to find me a boat. After about 3 weeks I heard from Brad out of the blue about a beautiful Cobalt 200! I ended up purchasing immediately sight unseen. Brad explained things about the history of the boat and sent numerous photos and made me feel he and the dealership were very trustworthy. I live in Green Bay and couldnt make it down. I also worked with Jill and Cheryl who have been absolutely amazing! They set up my financing, provided service records, set up detailing and coordinated the delivery to Green Bay. The only issue with the boat was an oil pressure gauge that didnt work and I was told immediately upon purchase about it. Jill has ordered a new one and has kept me up to date on receiving it. This is a pretty long winded review but I have to say, Brad, Jill and Cheryl are awesome. I highly recommend going to Arrow!!

We are first time boat owners and Arrow Marine has been simply excellent. Brad came recommended from a friend of mine and I quickly saw why. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and just wont steer you wrong. The technicians were wonderful as well, and integral in our about learning/buying experience. Everybody around there just loved talking about boats...sharing experience and giving advice. I would sum up the entire experience as genuine Which I feel is pretty rare these days. Without a doubt highly recommend Arrow Marine!

Being a long time boater but a first time Pontoon buyer my experience with Brad, Jack and the entire staff could not have been better.Brad and Jack really took the time, they both went above and beyond any other dealership to put together a pontoon package that fit my budget and met all of my wants and needs... From the time I ordered my tritoon, to delivery, to test drive an annual service everything has been 5 Star Treatment. When the service technician boards my boat, they either put a mat down or cover their shoes. That is Customer Service!!!!
